PHASING
Development at The Farm is set to occur in multiple phases. Phase 1 features the development of four Estate Lots as well as the expansion of the existing Greenmoore Gardens organic farm. Subsequent phases include single-family lots, green infrastructure, a mixed-use town center and a network of green spaces.
PHASE 1
FOUR LARGE ESTATE LOTS ON THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF THE PROPERTY ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR SALE.
The four Estate Lots range from 5 to 10 acres and are intended for early adopters who may wish to grow food or plant orchards, or for equestrian enthusiasts.
Phase 1 also focuses on the expansion of Greenmoore Gardens, the organic CSA located on 25 acres on the eastern side of the property.
PHASE 2
Development focuses on single-family lots (0.5 - 1.5 acre) surrounding the organic farm. Additional features may include infrastructure for reuse water facility, the beginning phase of solar energy, and commercial development related to the organic farm.
Approximately 300 acres south of Route 550 will be developed in multiple stages. Planned features include a full range of housing options, a mixed-use town center, and a network of green spaces.
