The Farm preserves landscape heritage values such as agriculture and forest, weaving them through residential and civic spaces in an ecological network. Here, instead of being at odds, development and conservation become part of a symbiotic relationship.

While in very close proximity to this thriving town center, The Farm and its surrounding landscape maintain a heritage mosaic and rural character. The Farm is also locataed within the highly desirable State College Area School District.

The Farm, located in Centre County, Pennsylvania, is less than half a day's drive to multiple major metropolitan areas including Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New York, Baltimore, Washington D.C., and Cleveland.
The Farm is also located just minutes from Interstates 99 and 80, and is within easy driving distance of historic Gettysburg as well as Pennsylvania's capital city of Harrisburg.
